In 2016, the one-shot comic DC REBIRTH mitigated a lot of improper continuity noodling conducted by the publisher's previous reboot initiative, The New 52. 

Yep, it was time to grant beloved characters their character-building history while exciting and distilling their equally beloved essences. And yes, this included some very minor -- but very appreciated -- costume updates.

Case in point, our black Superman Rebirth Symbol Backpack sports the specific Superman symbol adorning Kal-El's chest in his newer-new costume sans outward underpants. 

But the symbol only accounts for a small percentage of the awesomeness inherent in this stylish Superman backpack. Let's dig in, shall we?
