This hat is really awesome if you're an Imperial diehard like myself. The quality of the wool and stitching on the front is really great. However, the "Death Star Engineering" stitching on the back of my hat was a little uneven, the left side being higher than the right. This is barely noticeable and I wasn't really planning on wearing it backwards anyway. Lastly, the "Death Star Engineering" is a bit corny, I would have preferred if it just said "Star Wars" or "Imperial" or nothing at all. Great hat, geeky to those who know what it is but cool to those that don't.
