I wear a 7 1/4 in the fitted caps and according to New Era's size chart I would need a M/L in the stretch fit caps. I did some research and read that the 39Thirty stretch caps can run large, so I took my chances and ordered a S/M and it fits perfectly! I've picked up so many Twi'lek girls because of this cap! I love it!
