You have to be over 30 years old to know about this little guy. He was the side kick, Tattoo, to Ricardo Montalban, Mr. Roarke, in the t.v. series Fantasy Island (1978-1983). This picture is actually from his role as the side kick in the 1974 James Bond "The Man with the Golden Gun". This image is also, obviously, a take off of Al Pacino's 1983 Scarface where Pacino, Tony Montana, whacked out on Coke, took out his M-203 grenade launcher, or "little friend", and fired off a round into his office door, killing the Columbians on the other side.
