My 10 year old daughter with autism is currently obsessed with TMNT. We ordered this sweatshirt, and heard from customer service that it was mistakenly on backorder. Every week I would receive an update from customer service letting me know that it was still on backorder; did I want a refund or to keep waiting. I've never before had such wonderful contact initiated by a company. After perhaps four weeks I received a notification that the hoodie was on its way. My daughter could not me more thrilled with it. And I was more than satisfied with the contact I had with SuperHeroStuff.
