I'm 5'10" and approximately 160 lbs and the size Medium fits great. It's tighter through the arms and chest but a bit looser around the middle. The spider symbol on the front is very large and is a darker blue color outlined in red (which appeared almost black in some of the images) while the shirt itself is a heathered light blue. I've received multiple compliments and I'm quite happy with the purchase.
