Captain America approves of these 100% polyester Captain America Shield
Navy Board Shorts and he wore them as he lead the charge during the
Invasion of Normandy! Hey, if there is somebody who can charge an MG-42
machine gun nest head on it would be America's Super Solider, Steve
Rogers! The Red Skull's troops didn't even open fire right away - they
were awe struck by the simple beauty of these navy shorts with red trim
and the classic Captain America shield symbol! Now that I think about
it, I think Captain America was in that scene in Apocalypse Now where
Robert Duvall commanded the troops to get surfing...maybe that was
the director's cut.

These look and fit great. Love that they are true board shorts and don't have a liner. Whisk they had a cargo pocket on the side opposite the shield though.

It's a great item, but it runs notably smaller than other board shorts. I had to buy 3 pairs of different sizes (due to the no return policy) in order to get the size that fits properly.

I'm currently between a 34" and 36" waist. I ordered these in a 36" and they're slightly loose. Exactly what I'd expect if I had a 35" waist. So I'd say the size chart is accurate.

These are a decent set of swim wear. It did fit kind of tight around the waist. Say if you are hovering 32in to 33in I'd recommend 34s. One problem I had was that after 2 wears the blue faded. I still like them but it did fade a significant amount from the original color.
