Well, let me refresh your memory: Peter Parker wears this glorious, 100% cotton t-shirt whilst discussing potential "Avenger-ing" with Tony Stark in the back of an overly long limousine. And yes, you saw this scene unravel in the glorious handful of Spider-Man: Homecoming snippets.

That's right, our young, fledgling Spider-Man is quite the champion of science, especially sciences that are completely theoretical and almost impossible to prove....until he witnesses them in action, embodied by certain "enhanced" individuals staving off an alien vanguard assaulting New York City.

Or, until he inadvertently validates these theories himself after being "infected" by an oddly irradiated Spider granting him an impossible, spider-themed power set.

Sure, the physics is (are?) all theory and wishful conjecture, but when the theory becomes unexpected fact? Well, it's just like the t-shirt says: the fun (i.e., the swinging, hopping, car-hefting) is very, very real.
