Cobra Commander is the head of a globally active, extremely well funded terrorist organization with a bit of a snake motif....that may or may not become...overstated in certain instances. Like, does Cobra Commander really need to drag out the letter "S" like that? Saying things like, "Ssssssssso Duke, how goesssss your treatment by our ssssskilled torturersssssssssssssss?"  I mean, it took the guy 17 minutes to say that sentence. It was....uncomfortable for everyone.
