As thick as this hoodie is, by nature its 55% cotton/45% polyester design will prove ill-suited as protection against guns or knives (not that Batman's actual costume is much better against the latter!). You, however, will look very well-suited. For being awesome. As you may have noticed from the picture (or name) of this garment, this zip-up hoodie goes the extra mile and has the EARS of Batman's cowl atop its black hood. And of course, the Batman Costume Hoodie With Ears has a print of Batman's utility belt across the waist and the iconic Bat symbol on the chest.

The design is very nice and the logo/utility belt stayed bright and un-cracked. The ears on the hood are definitely a nice touch. However, the threads near the bottom of the hoodie started becoming disconnected and the slider on the zipper broke right off after several washes.

The quality is absolutely horrible. Feels like plastic and is not comfortable!! Here's the kicker... This very same hoodie is selling for $17 dollars at Walmart!!! This website specializes on ridiculous markups and tells you it's "sale" at a bs 12% discount.

My son LOVES this sweatshirt. I would have liked the fleece to be a bit thicker like the Robin one I ordered for my other son. This one is an XL and the sleeves and length just fit. My son is over 6'2" and weighs about 175 but is 17 and may grow more so I'm not sure how much longer he'll be able to wear it. That said it could stand to be just a bit bigger for an XL.
It is cool but overall quality is poor! for the price I expected better.
